We provide a zero-fee domain marketplace with a daily holding fee model. You agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly.

2) Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3) Listings & Auctions

When listing domains or joining auctions, you represent that you have the right to sell or transfer such domains.

4) Fees & Payments

Platform fee is 0%. A daily holding fee may apply as displayed on the site. External registrar costs and transfer fees are the user’s responsibility.

5) Prohibited Conduct

• Infringement, impersonation, or unlawful activity
• Spam, scraping, or exploitation of security vulnerabilities
• Listings that violate third-party rights or applicable laws

6) Intellectual Property

Site content, branding, and UI are owned by Naming.Zone or its licensors and protected by law.

7) Disclaimers

Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous availability.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9) Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
